Cheerleading is a physically demanding and highly rewarding sport. In order for all athletes to have a safe, successful, and fun season, consistent practice attendance is essential. Practice schedules and attendance policies are determined by each Head Coach.
Milford offers a comprehensive cheerleading program for ages 4β16 (with Inspiration Team ages 5β21), focused on skill development, teamwork, confidence-building, and lasting friendships.

Summer Schedule (July 15 β Labor Day)
During the summer months, teams focus heavily on conditioning, skill progression, and competition choreography.

Our Inspiration Team is designed for athletes ages 5β21 with special needs. This program provides the opportunity to be part of a team, build new skills, gain confidence, and grow alongside peers with similar abilities.
