Spring Flag April-June
Fall Flag Sept-November 

This is a co-ed program runs two sessions Spring and Fall.  Backed by the National Football League NFL Flag initiative. Our program provides youths ages 5-14 a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in continuous non-contact action, while developing the fundamentals of the game of football as well as learning lessons in teamwork. All interested players are welcome regardless of skill set or prior knowledge of the game. Registration fee includes team jersey. 

Assessment Combine - Fall Season Only
All Athletes should participate in our Assessment Combine so that they can be placed on teams in order to create fair competition.  Fall teams are assigned via a Draft pre-season.

Practice Schedule
For Fall - Each week there will be practice one night a week between 5pm - 8pm. For Spring - expected commitment is only practice 1 hour prior to game start.  

Game Schedule
All game times will be released prior to season start.  Spring Flag is Sundays Only commitment (practice + game).  Fall Season is Saturday's for games, practices during week.
