Registering online is the first step. Each player must also provide several documents before they can participate starting on August 1, 2026. We must have all of the documents listed or we can not allow your child to train with their team, instead they will be forced to sit on the sidelines. After school ends we hold several paperwork drop off dates in combination with equipment and uniform sizing for football and uniform fitting for Cheerleading. Dates TBD are usually in July. All forms must be dated and signed after January 1, 2026. We cannot accept forms from last season.

3. Legible and clear COPY of participants Final report card with ALL marking periods. Please do not give us an incomplete report card! We collect reports cards for grade verification. Also, if a student transferred mid-year we need report cards from all schools attended.
