π Non-Competitive Cheer
Non-competitive cheer is a wonderful way to learn all about cheerleading in a fun and supportive environment.
Teams attend competitions as an exhibition group to showcase their skills β but they donβt compete against other teams. Instead of focusing on scores or rankings, the emphasis is on:
Teamwork
Learning new skills
Building confidence
Having fun

Competitive cheer is an exciting opportunity to:
Athletes train year-round to perfect stunts, tumbling, jumps, and choreography, while developing teamwork, discipline, and leadership.
Each routine is carefully designed to highlight strength, creativity, and synchronization. Beyond trophies and titles, competitive cheer builds lasting friendships, resilience, and a strong work ethic that carries into everyday life.
Inspiration Cheer is designed for children with disabilities who want the opportunity to learn new cheer skills, grow in confidence, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
While there is no competition, athletes still get the exciting opportunity to showcase their skills.
Itβs a place to shine, build friendships, and celebrate every achievement β because every child deserves their moment in the spotlight.
The Inspiration Team serves athletes ages 5β21 with special needs, providing:

Competitive athletes may compete locally, with opportunities to advance to Regionals and Nationals (out of state).

π Practice Information

βοΈ Summer Schedule (July 14 β Labor Day)
Inspiration Team: 1 hour, once per week
D6 (youngest team): 1 hour, twice per week
D8βD14: 8β10 hours per week
Practices held between 5:00β9:00 PM, indoors and outdoors
Practices may be cancelled or adjusted due to extreme heat or weather conditions. Communication is handled through each teamβs BAND app and email.
π Fall Season Schedule (Beginning Labor Day Weekend)
Teams begin sideline cheering at football games on Sunday's. Practice time is reduced to 8 hours per week (MondayβSaturday) and typically includes:
